A Bit About Her

Currently in her first year of college, Ilhana Kisija began art as early as six years old, and has been pursuing it as a serious field since 2013.
Focusing primarily on developing her artistic voice and impact, she works in a variety of mediums and topics within her pieces.
Many of her artworks have traveled through exhibitions and award organizations such as IHSAE, MHA Northshore, Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, and more. 
Seeing these experiences not as simply accomplishments, Ilhana believes that they have helped in meeting and admiring the artwork of other young, prospering artists and as further encouragement to continue sharing her own creations.
She believes art is a timeless form of expression and the strongest way to boundlessly connect with people from around the world.
